Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is a world spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, revered all over the world for his powerful teachings and best-selling books on mindfulness and peace. Born in 1926 in Vietnam and ordained a monk at the age of 16, he quickly began to develop a type of engaged Buddhism that would meet the needs of society.
