Affirmations—the power of our thoughts
What exactly are affirmations? Simply put: every thought in your head and every word you say is an affirmation. All the talk about yourself, the dialogue in your head – they are all affirmations. You use affirmation at every moment, whether you are doing it consciously or not. And by doing this, you affirm and create your life experiences with every word and every thought that exists in your space. These constant affirmations are messages to your subconscious mind that establish habitual ways of thinking and behaving. Positive affirmations create healing thoughts and ideas that support you in developing self-confidence, self-respect and creating the life you want. Thus, it should be remembered that negative thoughts have an equally strong impact. They create more disapproval and failure – often ones that would never have happened without the help of your negative thinking.
